- Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Ship products within the agreed timeframe.
- Package goods securely to prevent damage.
- Keep proof of shipping and delivery.
- Maintain consistent product quality.
- Update listings when stock is low or sold out.
- Participate constructively in dispute resolution.
- Build your reputation through excellent service.
Don'ts
- Post misleading photos or descriptions.
- Ask buyers to pay outside of escrow.
- Ignore or delay responding to buyer messages.
- Ship products different from what was listed.
- Use old photos for new product batches.
- Create multiple accounts to boost ratings.
- Sell prohibited or illegal items.
- Share buyer personal information with third parties.
- Engage in price manipulation or fake reviews.
- Abandon transactions after receiving escrow notification.
Tips for Success

Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on FarmlinkUp.com Selling these items will result in immediate account suspension:
- Stolen goods or products without proper documentation.
- Expired or spoiled food products.
- Pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals not approved for sale.
- Protected wildlife or endangered species.
- Counterfeit seeds or fake organic products.
- Products violating Nigerian import/export laws.
Escrow Requirements
All transactions must go through our escrow system. This protects both you and your buyers.
- You will be notified when a buyer's payment is received in escrow.
- Ship goods only after receiving payment confirmation.
- Funds are released to you when buyer confirms receipt (or after 7 days).
- Never ask buyers to pay directly via bank transfer or cash.
- Sellers who circumvent escrow may be permanently banned.
Account Standing
Your account standing affects your visibility and privileges on the platform:
- Good Standing: Full access to all features, eligible for Featured Seller status.
- Warning: Minor policy violations, reduced visibility, requires improvement.
- Suspended: Serious or repeated violations, temporary or permanent ban from selling.
