- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Escrow Payment System
- All transactions are processed through our secure escrow system
- Funds are held for a maximum of 7 days from payment confirmation
- Buyers must inspect goods and confirm receipt within the escrow period
- After 7 days, funds are automatically released to the seller
- Disputes must be filed within the 7-day escrow period
- Direct payments to sellers are not covered by our protection policy

FarmLinkUp charges sellers a commission of 5-10% on successful transactions. Buyers pay no platform fees. Payment processing fees may apply based on the payment method used. All fees are clearly disclosed before transaction completion.

FarmLinkUp is a marketplace platform and does not own, produce, or handle the products sold. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Our liability is limited to the fees collected for the transaction in dispute. We are not liable for transactions conducted outside of our escrow system.

For disputes with FarmLinkUp, users agree to attempt resolution through our support channels before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be governed by Nigerian law and conducted in Lagos courts.
